promotion

Finally got that promotion I've been working toward for the past two years. It was a long grind of late nights and extra projects, but my manager noticed the effort and the results. The new title comes with more responsibility, which is both exciting and a little scary. Honestly, the best part isn't the pay bump—it's the validation that all that hard work mattered. Now I get to lead a small team and tackle bigger challenges. Feels like all those weekends catching up on emails were worth it.
