<p>휴대폰 소액결제는 당월 사용한 결제 자금이 휴대폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이러한 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
<p>신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “휴대폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “스마트폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 즉시 지급하고 있을 것이다”고 설명하였다.</p>
